Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion within manufacturing.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Drive process improvement and waste reduction initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven approaches to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and integration.
• Develop and deliver training on Six Sigma principles and tools to various levels of the organization.
• Monitor and report on project progress, financial impact, and key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex Six Sigma projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced statistical methods.
• Proven ability to deliver significant cost savings, quality improvements, and process efficiencies through Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong project management skills, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• Strong proficiency in statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python with statistical libraries).
• Experience leading Lean initiatives and Kaizen events in a manufacturing setting.
