Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects and variation, and develop sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption of new methods.
• Develop and deliver training on Six Sigma principles and tools to build organizational capability.
• Monitor and report on project progress, key performance indicators, and financial impact to stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from ASQ or accredited equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver significant cost savings and efficiency improvements through Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python with statistical libraries).
• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
• Track record of mentoring and coaching Green Belts and Yellow Belts.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in process improvement.
