Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and safety protocols.
• Manage shop floor personnel, including training, performance, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Maintain production equipment and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Analyze production data and generate reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and schematics
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Experience with inventory management and production scheduling software
