Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing technicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of shop equipment and machinery.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies to support production.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing shop environment
• 2+ years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with various hand and power tools, and manufacturing equipment
