Salary Range: $68,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control inspectors on testing procedures and quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans for manufacturing processes.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, implementing corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate quality into new product development and process improvements.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE)
• Experience with a variety of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, welding, fabrication)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, SPC XL)
• Familiarity with advanced quality tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
