Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage the resolution of customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all stages of the product lifecycle.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment
• Proven knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and industry-specific regulations
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and other quality methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a quality team
• Certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are a plus
