Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Grand Haven seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, from entry-level to leadership.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and pre-employment checks.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to recruit for a diverse range of roles, from shop floor to engineering and management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the skills required for various production roles
• Demonstrated success in utilizing various sourcing strategies, including passive candidate outreach and industry-specific job boards
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, such as workflow optimization or custom report generation.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and digital platforms for employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Prior experience working with a contingent workforce or third-party staffing agencies.
