Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, from entry-level to leadership.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and pre-employment checks.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and generate recruitment reports.
• Actively participate in job fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a diverse range of roles, from shop floor to engineering and management.
• Proven success in utilizing various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and professional networking, specific to manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific skill sets.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms common in manufacturing organizations.
