Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Recruiters. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, and engineering.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial requisition to offer extension and onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to recruit for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and skilled trades.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the technical skills required for various roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
