Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract top-tier talent for various manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer extension and onboarding support.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, including production, engineering, quality, and management.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive candidates using various methods (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, networking).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to articulate technical requirements to candidates.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS/ATS implementation or optimization.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their impact on workforce planning.
• Background in employer branding specific to skilled trades or engineering.
• Ability to conduct basic compensation analysis for technical roles.
