Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
• Optimize maintenance procedures and recommend design improvements for reliability enhancement.
• Utilize data analytics and statistical methods to identify trends and predict equipment failures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment uptime and overall asset performance.
• Manage and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for asset tracking and work order management.
• Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance technicians and operational staff on reliability best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar field).
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on reliability engineering.
• Proficient in reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCM, RCA, Weibull analysis).
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems for tracking maintenance activities and asset performance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies like Apollo RCA, FMEA, or 5-Why.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python) for reliability data.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP PM, Maximo, or Infor EAM.
