Salary Range: $43,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage production equipment and machinery according to work orders.
• Perform routine calibration and adjustment of manufacturing equipment.
• Safely move and position heavy machinery using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Conduct initial test runs and make minor adjustments to ensure operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical or electrical issues during setup.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
• Document setup procedures, equipment settings, and any encountered issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hand and power tools, and precision measurement equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
