Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
• Install and configure new robotic cells and peripheral equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers to test and integrate new robotic applications.
• Document maintenance procedures, repairs, and system performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for robotic systems, including PLCs, sensors, and actuators.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and calibration of robotic equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for robotic guidance and inspection.
• Familiarity with various robot programming languages beyond teach pendant (e.g., Python, C++).
• Demonstrated ability to train junior technicians or production staff on robotic system operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) and their specific safety considerations and programming.
