Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holland seeking Project Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage manufacturing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and key decisions.
• Oversee the successful handover of completed projects to operations, including documentation and training.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PMP or other recognized project management certification.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
