Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holt that are seeking skilled Quality Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including control plans and FMEAs.
• Provide training and support on quality tools and methodologies to manufacturing personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA).
• Experience with metrology, inspection techniques, and quality tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis and process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with specific industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485 for medical devices, IATF 16949 for automotive).
• Proficiency in a programming language for data analysis or automation (e.g., Python, R).
