Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to closure.
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure projects adhere to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project status and performance to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain to ensure project success.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP certification with 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including scope, budget, and timeline.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control.
