Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure projects adhere to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project status and performance to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain to ensure project success.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification with 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including scope, budget, and timeline.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control.
