Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Plainwell that are seeking skilled Project Managers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to closure.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects adhere to established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication and reporting on project status to all relevant parties.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production, quality control, and supply chain.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and ERP systems.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
