Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and LOTO procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix)
• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
• Certification in a specialized trade (e.g., welding, HVAC, hydraulics)
• Robotic maintenance and troubleshooting experience
• Lean manufacturing or 5S methodology experience
