Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering skill development and safety.
• Oversee the scheduling and execution of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and upgrades.
• Manage the departmental budget, including spare parts inventory and external service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Implement and manage a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in CMMS software utilization for work order management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices in industrial maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
