Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct all maintenance activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency of manufacturing equipment.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
  • Manage departmental budget, control expenditures, and optimize resource allocation for maintenance operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and skill development.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards within the maintenance department.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to schedule maintenance activities and support manufacturing goals.
  • Implement and manage a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven expertise in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) implementation and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets and control costs.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.

Bonus Qualifications

  • CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) certification
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) implementation or optimization
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for maintenance metrics and predictive modeling
