Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise fabrication team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Perform complex welding, cutting, and shaping tasks, demonstrating proficiency in various fabrication techniques.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to interpret blueprints and optimize fabrication processes.
• Manage raw material inventory and order supplies to maintain efficient production flow.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct quality control inspections on fabricated parts to ensure specifications are met.
