Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations for the facilities.
• Administer contracts for facility services, utilities, and external vendors.
• Optimize space utilization and layout to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Manage the facilities budget, controlling costs and identifying areas for savings.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and facility management software.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and safety standards relevant to manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships.
• Experience in managing and optimizing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or equivalent credential.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software for facility management.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
