Salary Range: $65,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoots and debugs existing PLC programs and related control systems.
• Modifies and optimizes PLC programs to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Collaborates with engineers and production staff to define system requirements and specifications.
• Develops and maintains detailed documentation for PLC programs and control systems.
• Configures and integrates HMIs, SCADA systems, and other industrial control devices.
• Provides technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram programming languages.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot HMI/SCADA systems.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and automation principles.
