Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and quality.
• Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and line workers.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely material flow and product delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and experience implementing automation or digital transformation initiatives.
