Salary Range: $49,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Newaygo that are seeking skilled Office Managers. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, acting as liaison with vendors and contractors.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, managing inventory and budgets.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and systems to streamline workflows.
  • Assist with HR functions, including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations.
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for manufacturing leadership.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing office budgets, procurement, and vendor relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
