Salary Range: $57,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative support for manufacturing staff.
- Manage office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and manage reception area.
- Assist with onboarding new manufacturing employees, including HR paperwork and facility access.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for administrative records.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Experience with inventory management or procurement processes within a manufacturing context.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations (OSHA)
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
- Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP)
