Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Grandville seeking Office Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and visitor reception for the manufacturing site.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events for staff and leadership.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including IT setup and access.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain petty cash for office expenditures.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or similar administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Experience with inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain processes relevant to a manufacturing operation.
