Salary Range: $49,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
- Manage reception, mail, and general administrative support for the facility.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including workspace setup and access.
- Administer travel arrangements and expense reporting for manufacturing staff.
- Maintain accurate office records and support document control processes.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with managing office budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships.
