Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
• Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics to minimize costs and prevent shortages.
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and front-line employees.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and resolve issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
