Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Fremont that are seeking skilled Master Schedulers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to ensure MPS alignment with business objectives and capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust the MPS to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions to mitigate risks.
• Generate and publish key scheduling reports and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling processes and tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review the MPS and address any discrepancies or changes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in production planning or master scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex production schedules, balancing demand and capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
