Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule (MPS) for all manufactured products.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to ensure MPS aligns with demand forecasts and capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust the MPS to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to optimize production flow.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate production plans and track performance against the MPS.
• Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to communicate scheduling plans, changes, and potential impacts.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to address disruptions in the production schedule.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
