Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain, from raw material acquisition to finished product delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels and warehouse operations to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with freight carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Implement and maintain robust logistics software and tracking systems.
• Develop and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, forecast demand, and implement process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Project management experience, PMP certification a plus
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) for logistics optimization
