Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure (physical and virtual) for manufacturing operations.
• Administer and support critical production systems, including ERP, MES, and SCADA.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive manufacturing data and intellectual property.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the plant floor.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and network configurations.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and preventative maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate new technologies and automate processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Systems Administrator in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing and troubleshooting industrial control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA).
• Proficiency in administering Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs) and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and data backup/recovery solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in an OT environment.
• PLC programming or troubleshooting experience.
