Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and virtual machines.
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing systems and production equipment.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
• Oversee data backups, disaster recovery plans, and system uptime.
• Document IT processes, system configurations, and incident resolutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in IT systems administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) networks.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
• PLC programming or troubleshooting experience.
