Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all IT systems and infrastructure across manufacturing sites.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with production goals and company objectives.
• Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure expansions.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all manufacturing data and IT assets.
• Provide technical leadership and support to manufacturing operations for IT-related issues.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of hardware and software for manufacturing.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) in a production setting.
• Strong understanding of operational technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Experience with cybersecurity best practices and compliance in industrial control systems (ICS).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA systems or other industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, Infor).
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant project management or service management frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity practices within an operational technology (OT) environment.
