Salary Range: $137,000 - $188,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulations.
• Manage plant budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling operational costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive operational excellence through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and process improvements.
• Ensure product quality meets established standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and strategic objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Proven track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong understanding of environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations.
• Ability to speak Spanish fluently.
