Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and optimizes manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Develops and implements process control strategies and systems.
• Conducts root cause analysis of process deviations and implements corrective actions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Creates and maintains process documentation, including PFDs, P&IDs, and SOPs.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifies areas for continuous improvement.
• Evaluates and recommends new technologies and equipment to enhance process capabilities.
• Ensures processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of process control systems, instrumentation, and P&ID development.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred)
• Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) or statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to successful continuous improvement projects
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts
• Strong data visualization skills and experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI
