Salary Range: $131,000 - $182,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business growth.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and employees.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and driving operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• Demonstrated success in fostering a strong safety culture
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce
