Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and business growth.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success in managing P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
• Proven ability to implement and optimize lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, quality control, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
