Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Grandville that are seeking skilled HR Generalists. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of manufacturing roles, from entry-level to specialized positions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and leave management, ensuring compliance and employee understanding.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation, facilitating a smooth integration into the manufacturing environment.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS, generating reports as needed.
