Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with manufacturing regulations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of manufacturing roles, from entry-level to specialized.
- Administer and oversee employee relations, including grievance resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws within a manufacturing context.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on safety, quality, and skill development for factory workers.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and facilitate career development for manufacturing employees.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing for a varied workforce.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS utilization.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance within a manufacturing setting.
