Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Jenison that are seeking skilled HR Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for a diverse manufacturing workforce.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development.
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development and change management initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in labor relations, union contracts, and collective bargaining.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including OSHA compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational goals.
