Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Manistee seeking Industrial Electricians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and sensors.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical components and machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Calibrate and test electrical instruments and control systems.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to electrical work.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience with PLCs, HMIs, and motor controls.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA).
• Experience with VFDs, servo drives, and other industrial automation components.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems and machinery.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic systems and their associated electrical controls.
• Proficiency in programming PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) from various manufacturers (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Certification in thermography or other predictive maintenance technologies.
• Familiarity with industrial network protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
