Salary Range: $83,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Cadillac seeking IATF Quality Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IATF 16949 compliant quality management system processes.
• Lead and participate in internal and external IATF 16949 audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, non-conformances, and quality issues using 8D methodology.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and launch activities to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators and metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in IATF 16949 standards and their practical application.
• Proficient in core quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving continuous improvement.
