Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Charlotte that are seeking HR Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with manufacturing goals.
- Manage full recruitment cycle for all plant positions, from entry-level to leadership.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs on safety, compliance, and professional development.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and support career development initiatives.
- Lead HR initiatives related to workforce planning, retention, and succession planning.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA and EEO regulations.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Strong ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures specific to a manufacturing setting.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- Bilingual in Spanish or another language common in manufacturing
- Experience with developing and delivering training programs
