Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Cadillac seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers via phone and email.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate manufacturing solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product information to potential clients.
• Collaborate with external sales teams and engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned product lines.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud).
• Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Knowledge of specific manufacturing processes or product lines relevant to the company.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications or blueprints.
