Salary Range: $52,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and qualify prospects through outbound calls and emails.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales and achieve profitability goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Bachelor's preferred.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software specific to manufacturing (e.g., Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud).
- Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Technical aptitude to understand and articulate complex product specifications.
- Prior experience selling engineered-to-order or custom-manufactured products.
