Salary Range: $62,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the final inspection and packaging of finished goods.
• Manage and schedule finishing line personnel, including training and performance reviews.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and processes on the finishing line.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the finishing department.
• Optimize workflow and efficiency to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory for finished products.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, polishing, assembly).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
