Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Delta Township that are seeking skilled Finishing Supervisors. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the final inspection and packaging of manufactured goods.
• Manage and train a team of finishing technicians and operators.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Optimize workflow and production schedules within the finishing department.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate records of finished goods and material usage.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in finishing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of various finishing processes, including but not limited to painting, powder coating, polishing, and assembly.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot finishing process issues.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality control documents.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing finishing department.
