Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the final inspection and quality control of manufactured products.
• Manage and train a team of finishing technicians and operators.
• Schedule and prioritize finishing tasks to meet production deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Optimize finishing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product finish and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of finished goods and production metrics.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing processes, including painting, polishing, and assembly.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of production personnel.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with various finishing equipment and materials.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with automated finishing equipment
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish
• Strong computer skills, including experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
